The Saratoga color palette was pulled from the beautiful menu on the side of the building and influenced by Mediterranean culture.

The first alternative logo is a callback to the previous logo. It is slightly updated but still close enough to resemble the logo used on much of Saratoga's current merchandise.

This second alternative logo highlights the tagline of “Where Trend Meets Tradition.” Placed in a circle with the name and year established, it shows that Saratoga has been here and will continue to be a staple in the community.

The third alternative logo emphasizes the year that Saratoga was established. It highlights that there is a long history with the restaurant and is an establishment that is in the center of Terre Haute. This logo can also be used for the bar area of Saratoga.

This pattern adds a bit of Greek culture to Saratoga. It isn’t overbearing while still adding style and a sense of personality to the overall brand of Saratoga. The pattern can also be broken apart to be used as separate graphic elements.
