Overview
Kemal (pronounced Chem' ahl) "Jimmy" Saliju was born in Uskana, Albania. A classically trained chef, Jimmy learned the art of culinary design in Cordon Bleu, France, before coming to America at age 19. His first job in a restaurant was as a dishwasher. He loves to travel and has a deep passion for cultures and the arts.
